This day aria - reimagined

For this project, I wanted to challenge myself to reimagine an iconic song in my style. I had recently finished a course, 'Storyboarding with Woody Woodman', where I learned new skills and thus applied them to this animatic. I planned everything very thoroughly and had an idea to really make the visuals as cinematic to match the drama of the song. It was difficult to remove some of the shot ideas from the original, as the sequence is easily one of the best in the entire show and is well loved, however I was adamant to not reuse any from the original and add that extra challenge. I also posted this video to YouTube, where it was well received by viewers.
